Defense Acquistion Planning and Strategy AI Software Applications
Pricing for license, user fees for ACAT.AI, S-CAT.AI, ACQDOCS.AI, and other AI Fused Acquisition Tool software are available upon request. Commerical software license fees and agreements are available for bulk purchase or for single use. Pricing is based on Software as a Service (SaaS) per user per month, or priced as a Lifetime buy with unlimited users, code, proprietary processes, trademarks, and documentation ownership. Discount rate may be applied for additional customer required development.
Development of additional capabilities based on requirements timeline expectations.

Commercial Pricing Based on current usage rate of 15,000 users within the Air Force and Space Force. Pricing of $12.50 per user, per web application annually priced at $2.3M, $11.3M for a fiver year period of performance.
IP/Code Buyout for current MVCR level products available for $2M per application. Average time for deployment is six months to a IL5 approved cloud enclave for operational use. Development, IP/Code Buyout, Deployment and Maintenance for a single application is estimated not to exceed $4.9M, with final contract price based on requirements and timeline from the government or non and for profit companies providing support or services to the government.
On Demand Subject Matter Expert Support
Pantheon United can provide targeted reach back surge support via a subcontract for Prime Contractors who are providing product and services to the Federal Government. *Commercial pricing ranges between $100.15 to $202.50 per hour depending on required skill levels and experience.
Final pricing based on level of support required, customer deliverables, and time sensitivity.
A-Team Accelerator
A-Team Option estimate is $14,900 with a target completion of four weeks from project start. Final pricing based on customer requirements.
Government Customers: Pantheon United accepts Government Purchase Card (GPC)/GSA SmartPay®3 Program payments to streamline acquisitions and reduced government contracting burden.
Proposal Analysis Review
Estimated $6,500 per week of effort. Reduced price for targeted reviews.
Acquisition & Customer Management
$6,500 per week of effort. Reduced price for daily engagements.
Earned Value Management Solutions
$15,000 per project, final cost based on review of the customer work requirements.
