The Pantheon United AI Accelerator is based on our PACER (Platform Accelerated Coding & Expedited Release) trademarked Process. We build commercially developed Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in a clean room (No CUI) configuration, then leverage Customer/Warfighter Vibe Coding Sessions to validate & assess user UX (User Experience), UI (User Interface),and functionality integrated with AI Agents and Automations. Our goal is to have MVP to IL5 Operational Use with a Continuous ATO in approximately 90 days. 


OUR BUSINESS MODEL (IP/Development Buyout)

We shifted our business model from fee-based licenses/access fees to Full IP/Code Ownership. After contract award and once customers complete the Vibe Code period and certify the MVP meets their needs, full ownership passes to the customer/warfighter.

Total price to secure the solution includes Vibe Coding (Digital Napkin), IL5 Born Secure Development to create a digital mirror, Operational Hosting and Support for Agile Releases until a customer can assume hosting and agile releases, finally an IP/Code Ownership Buyout Fee. Purchase of the IP/Buyout at the early MVP stage allows customers to secure perpetual cost savings for a fraction of the price. IP purchase of $12M - $24M can eliminate over $146M+ in obligations and expenditures in a 10-year period of performance.

The propriertary ACQDOCS.AI Acquisition Assistant is your dedicated acquisition support to research and advise your acquisition documentation based on the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
